First of all I never received my package so it's impossible to rate the salted cod Gaspe...but I will rate your customer service, I will say I will give you a negative zero... I've reached out many times about my stolen package and you guys haven't fixed the problem... I will never order from this company ever again!!!!!

We fulfilled our responsibility by shipping your order, and according to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered.
When situations like this occur, there are specific procedures that must be followed.
A claim must be opened with UPS, and once we receive their response, we can proceed with the appropriate solution. This process typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the case.
As we explained in detail when you contacted us, we immediately guided you through the process and also encouraged you to contact UPS directly, as they are the carrier responsible for the delivery. While we understand this may be inconvenient, it is important to note that these situations are outside of our control.
What is within our control, and what we have consistently provided, is prompt customer support, initiating the claim with UPS, and working toward a fair resolution for you.
If the package was delivered to your property and later taken, unfortunately, this would fall outside the responsibility of both the carrier and ourselves, as the delivery was completed. In such cases, solutions can still be discussed, but they require time and patience.
