I love Jamaican cornmeal porridge and I eat a lot of Jamaican food as a Trini living in NY. It is comforting and the flavors take me back home in the Caribbean. Cornmeal porridge is an addiction for me and these come in handy when I need my fix. Thank you so much.

I miss Florida so much. I am so glad that I can order all my favorite items from Caribbean Eat. I just put in another order fir more spices to share with my employees. They love Jamaican food and spices. ..much respect!
I also purchased a bottle of the sugar balance and both of them have been so beneficial in helping to give the cells in my body what it needs to restore themselves so they can help heal problems internally. I will be purchasing again!
This fruit is called Pifa fruit in Panama and very popular in Panama. It's very delicious fruit, especially peeled, put some salt on it and have it with coffee. This particular fruit delivered to me in a jar was really delicious, tastes as good as fresh ones grown in Panama. Thank you for having it available online.
THANK YOU for sending me my Bulla Cakes!!! I am so thankful to get my Jamaican Bulla Cakes all the way from Florida to California. I enjoy them with a cup of ginger tea.
