Ms Jan when you peel yellow yam inorder to keep the bright yellow colors there are certain precautions you have to take. First make sure the water is bubbling boiling hot. Second open the pot once you get ready to peel yam. Third turn on the kitchen pipe heavy running water and peel the yam quickly under the running water make sure water is running directly on the yam. Fourth as you finish peeling the yam quickly drop it into the pot don't give the yam air to breath then quickly cover the pot. Repeat the running water if you have more yams but quickly remove the lid from pot and quickly drop in more yams then cover. Your yams will come out bright yellow. The more you handle the yam with care and love when preparing the more the color and the taste becomes good. The hard work pays off the yam will make you so happy.
This is by far the best coffee on the market,I prefer it black and it’s a smooth coffee not harsh to drink..
