I received a bun package that is open. I do understand that at times weight of other item may cause such. However, this was very obvious that it was opened before it was sent . It was too hard. I wanted five of the same and also they were sold out so that says the same too.

Expiration dates too close to end
Expiration dates too close to end. The 1st one I opened dated 4/14/26, 1/2 of it was ROCK HARD!! As if the inner plastic was pierced allowing the bun to dry out. I’ve been eating HTB products all of my life. I SWARE by them until this experience!!!

Scotch bonnet peppers arrived earlier than the time I was notified through email. USPS tracking stated the peppers arrived arrived to the mail box on 7/6, but I wasn't notified until 7/8. So the peppers were rotting by the time I retrieved them.
We love love this Jerk seasoning by Bettapac. It was originally bought in Jamaica. Then I found it on Amazon and for months looking all over for it. My son finally found it here for us. Ahhh so happy the have it once again. Thank You! 🙏🏼
