This was my first time to use this vendor...won't be my last (as long as the price is right!) But I was so pleased. I love this coffee and have for quite a while, so the product was not new to me, just the seller. And it could not have gone better! Everything arrived intact and well-packaged (special elongated bubble wrap). The shipping was very timely. A-plus! And that's what we want on both ends, buyer and seller.
